Everyone always asks me, how have you tackled so many challenges throughout your life and still come out happy, and how have you been able to accomplish SO much, more than the average person! Well there's a secret...hypnotherapy!
You see, I've been using hypnotherapy for the past 14 years, on and off for short spurts whenever I feel like I'm stuck, need an answer to an important question, can't get over something, or even just to enhance an area of my life for fun. It's probably one of the most amazing tools out there...
And let's get things straight, hypnotherapy is NOT to be confused with regular therapy that takes years and years, can be uncomfortable and often times can never truly resolve an issue, getting retriggered and retriggered. Regular therapy is often a very lengthy process.
Hypnotherapy however is fast and different because it addresses the SUBCONSCIOUS MIND instead... where things are programmed. If you had a leak in your house, would you go and talk about it, maybe gets some tips on avoiding that area or find ways to live around it (that’s often the approach of regular therapy) ... or would you want to go to the source and actually fix it
Think of hypnotherapy not as therapy but more as an enhancement tool, as it has the WORLD of possibilities, from fixing issues to enhancing life and making it fun.

How to Prepare for Your Zoom Session
Yes! Zoom works amazing and the help of headphones makes hypnosis verrrry effective.
1. Make sure that you find a quiet and comfortable space to sit with your back supported, such as a chair where you won't be disturbed or interrupted.
2. It is preferred that you have a computer in front of you as you'll need to be hands-free. Make sure your computer is on and ready to go. Make sure to close all unneeded applications and turn off your phone so that there won't be any distractions. You can even put a note on your room door saying that you're in a session and not to be disturbed.
3. You will be sent a Zoom link where you can connect to our video chat.
4. Your session will be most effective by using headphones. Corded headphones work best as wireless ones can tend to cut out.
5. Make sure you're in a section of your home that has a good wifi connection.
And most of all, just relax and be comfortable, this is a enjoyable experience!
